HOW TO WAKE EARLY AND REFRESHED

I've seen people who are lethargic and tired when they wake up, even if they had a long 10-hours sleep. They don't feel the boost in their body.Why so? In this blog you will know how to wake up early in the morning and feel refreshed
The secret bhind I was able to do wake up at 4am which may seem impossible to most of the people ?
Very simple "I SLEEP ON TIME"

So how do you wake up refreshed ? Here are few tips for you=

1. PREPARE FOR SLEEP-

                                             Just like you prepare for running and gym wearing neccessaru outfit ,eating required food, etc.,most of people, when they come home after work, they usually indulge in watching TV(mostly news).The worst thing that you can do with your brain before you sleep is to watch news .when we concentrate on negative things,these things stay in our subconscious mind,The youth indulges in social media and their brain is not concentrated into one positive thing that would add value to their life.Your bedroom should be a place to relax with no distraction and give time to your body and mind.So the first thing ,remove the TV set from your bedroom and 15 minutes before your scheduled bedtime,keep your phone aside for the day.                      
caution- Don't keep phone beside your pillow or bed side table (radiation from your phone damages your brain)

2.READ POSITIVE -


                                   Read books about personal mastery, autobiolgraphies of successful people, self-improvement,etc. Such books give you a continuous doze of motivation ,similarly we need a daily doze of motivation in our lives.

3.SLEEP ON TIME-  


                                Fix time for your sleep and treat it with high importance. Your mobile emits the blue llight, that effects your body natural clock system and sleep pattern and fools your body into thinking that it is still not night time. Most people complain that they can't sleep on time and when asked what they do during the night. They say they browse information on mobile . How can they sleep when your mind doesn't understand that it is a time to sleep? and they sleep at 1am ,2am and so on.
"If you just wake up an hour early for an entire year you are beating others by having an additional 365 hours in your hands"                                        
SLEEP ON TIME-

4.THINK AND WRITE POSITIVE-


                                                         This action can make your life a blessing . Think of all the good actions you did throughout the day. Be it helping people or studying. It could be anything . Reflect on before going to sleep. This will release a hormone in your body called dopamine, which will give you pleasure to do something similar again. It will be release in your blood and assist yo to wake up fresh in the morning. Reflect on to all the positive actions you did in the entire day and also make a journal where you write those down.

THINK AND WRITE POSITIVE-


5.JUMP OUT OF BED -


                                        Set your morning alarm and wake up as soon as it rings . Don't let it snooze when it rings, Once you are up, do not go back to the bed again. Try to bring it every day in your life . You won't feel the energy immediately. But eventually this will turn into a habit.

6.EXERCISE AND MEDITATE-


                                                      After when i wake up , within 10 minutes,I take a cold water shower. It charges the body up. Then i do yoga and meditation . stretching is a good way to start your day. Meditation is engrained in the identity of our culture. But as we are progressing towards modernization, we are moving further away from it but it gives you an edge because most don't do it
