Power of focus

Your results, your income, your knowledge can be increase 100 times if you concentrate or focus. Your focus has tremendous power.your brain is like a camera. It Will record one angle at a time.For example, in a party what your memories you create out of it, depends on the focus you keep while being there. If you see 2 people fighting and abusing each other, you'll say the party wasn't worth it. Now lets say in the same party you see a dance floor and a little girl was dancing beautifully. You will say the party was good. Your memory will be a positive one as your focus was on the positive things. Your outlook depends on the focus and where ypu guide it. Focus on one thing in order to succeed,And to get focus on one place we need to ask questions. Questions bring back focus. We live in world of distraction and unfortunately we are used to it.we are addicted to distraction we distract every 3min and over 2 hours per day.And once we are distracted, it takes 21min to get focus back.
