The work that we have been doing on the personality increase  , this is the last topic in that and this topic will enhance your communication skill and it is known as sense of humor . We already have 5 sense , but can you improve on your sense of humor.People like you if you have a good sense of humor.

1. Be a good observer-

                                                        I observe things around me. You have to be a good observer. You must observe people around you and should know when to put in humor, crack a joke or don't say anything at all. It's all about timing and this timing will com if you observe things around you .

 Imagine if someone is living in the past or future, he will have little to no clue about what's going on around him. When a person is lost, they can't make people laugh. Just go to a party and observe. I went for shopping few days back and while taking my card out of my wallet to make the payment, the card wouldn't come out easily. I just said that the card doesn't want pay. I was in the present and observed what was happening and made a light hearted comment.

2. Stay relaxed- 

                                       You need to learn to let the negative energy release through laughter. Can a person in anger be humorous? People will laugh at him, not with him. If you are relaxed , then only can you make others laugh. You need to let your emotions flow in laughter.

3. Extreme level comparison - 

                                                                            Here you will exaggerate. Suppose you are waiting for a friend who is running late. And when he shows up , you say while waiting for him, you've grown a beard . Now that is not possible of course, but your exaggeration implies the long amount of time, you had to wait for him. You would be able to make people laugh with the exaggeration.

4. Change the direction- 

                                                            If you want to be funny, watch comedy shows. Observe them when they talk on exaggeration, or when they change the course of a conversation. When you tell a joke , two things happen that are at extreme levels. One thing is happening and when other thing comes in that doesn't fit, humor comes in. You need to practice and develop the skills.

5. Sarcasm- 

                             In sarcasm, you say things that are totally apposite of the reality. Suppose you are waiting for someone and you early today. The food was so delicious that you can't even put it in words( exaggeration). The person you are saying this to know that he isn't on time and the food doesn't taste nice. If you feel you can use sarcasm in certain places, then use it.

6. Have fun and carry on - 

                                                                  It's not only about how much you are making others laugh. Unless you don't enjoy yourself , others won't. Keep trying to get better. Sometimes we crack jokes but people don't give attention to it until you don't give attention to it. You don't have to worry about it if your joke didn't work. Bring in stories and jokes that could be used any time. 

Comedians never laugh at their jokes. You can observe it in the comedy shows. If you laugh at your jokes, people will think you are trying too hard.

I will be discussing the eighth wonder of the world, and that is the compounding effect. I have discussed it in the past.

       I will tell you a story. There was a pries who excelled in reciting poems and impressed anyone who heard them. He had a talent to recite beautiful poems. One day, he didn't have anything to eat and his wife says that do whatever you can, but get money and food in our house. He goes to the king and tells him he recites poems well.

 He tells the king that if he listens to him once, he will be impressed and will reward him well. So king gives him the permission to recite. He starts reciting his poems, impressing the king and his subjects. King asks him what he wants as his reward. 

He says that in the board, he wants one gold coin on the first square and as the squares increase, just double the gold coins from what they were on the square before. The king says he could have asked for anything, why such a small request? He says he is a poor man and that is all he wishes for.

King rewards him like he asked. So no the first square he gets one coin, on second he gets 2, on the third he gets four and by the time they reach tenth square, the number reaches 512 and by twentieth square the number reaches up to 5,24288! A chess board has 64 boxes. The king is shocked and doubts his decision. By the 32 square, the number swells up to over INR 214 crores! King's treasury empty by now. 

He approaches the man and says with folded hands that was all he had to give and he is left with nothing more. The priest knew about about the law of compounding effect and he took positive advantage of it.

You need to use it effectively. Always find new ways of investing. Let's say you save  INR 10,000 and invest it . You get yearly interest of 20% and in one year your INR 10,000 gets you INR 2000 extra . Similarly, by the end of third year, your money value will be INR 17280. So the earning that you get from your multiple investments is called compounding effect.

According to Albert Einstein, it is more powerful than E= MC2. You want to increase your wealth and take the help of compounding effect in order to get a larger return.

I will tell you simple steps through which you will be able to manage yourself effectively, hence managing the time you have.

1. Neither Important Nor urgent-

                                                                                    Most of the people do all the activities that are neither important nor urgent. For example,playing video games. It is neither important nor urgent in people's life. You have to note down all the things you do throughout your day and assess which activities were neither important nor urgent.

 Famous personality don't have the time to check their social media accounts for weeks at a stretch. They have people to do it for them. In a day, a person usually spends around 80% of their time doing work that's neither important nor urgent

Make a note of all those work that you think are neither important nor urgent.

2. Not Important but urgent-

                                                                           You got a call informing you that one of your relatives was injured in an accident. It is urgent for you to be there and you must go .Now see what activities are urgent.

Work that is urgent gives the person a level of stress. Most of the people spend their time in the first two quadrants in their life time. Throughout the days this work accounts for only 5% of the work.

3. Important but Not Urgent-

                                                                          These kinds of work are not urgent but they are important to do .For example, you have to study for an exam that is few months away.It is important for you to do will in exam to succeed in life. But do you study much earlier than your exam day? 

It is important to get the work done but do you show urgency to complete it? You must start studying for your exams right now. If you have to submit a project in a week, then you must start preparing for it right now. In a day , we usually spend less than 5% of the time in this activity. This shouldn't be the case if you want ti get a firm hold on your life and the actions. This is undoubtedly what we should invest our most time on.

4. Important as well as Urgent-

                                                                              For example, you have an exam in two days and if you don't study for it now, then there are chances that you might end up failing. So it is important as well as urgent that you study immediately.

Now there is a high level of stress. Hence, complete the work when it is important but not urgent. It will make things much easier in the future and hopefully you will never be stressed at work and in life.

 A person usually does the work either that is neither important nor urgent or that is important and urgent at the same time. As discussed earlier,, you should be giving at least 80% of the time in third category where you usually give 5%or less. You waste time in the category to achieve success. You must dedicate just 8% of your time to the activities that are neither important nor urgent and bring the third category up to 80%. How you can do it? Start it with cleaning your phone. Only use those apps that are important for you and add value to your personality. Plan by writing the important work and how you can manage them.

Before starting this topic, I want to tell you a story about an axe man. He worked in a factory and used to cut down trees and get the wood to the factory and get paid.His life was comfortable. The company one day recruited another axe man. He was paid the same for the same fob. The old axe man noticed that within a month, he got an increment.

He felt defected that he has been working for so many years and a new person joins and gets a promotion after a month. He speaks to his supervisor and complains why he didn't get a promotion before him. he is told that the new axe man is getting thrice the wood as he was getting every day. 

He exclaims that it isn't possible in a day. He follows him one day and sees that he is chopping down trees easily one after the other and collecting a lot of wood.He asks him from where did he get the knowledge and experience of cutting wood so quickly.

The new axe man asks the other axe man when was the last time he had sharpened his axe. He responds around five years back. He pointed out that this was the mistake and that he should sharpen his axe for half an hour every day at least before he begins to cut the wood.

1. 1% IMPROVEMENT EVERYDAY-

                                                                                                    It is said that when a plant stops growing, then it has started to die. Don't be a plant. If you are not investing in your knowledge, then whatever knowledge you have,it is being degraded. We update the software on our mobiles and computers. But are we updating ourselves? 

Get into the habit of 1% improvement every day. By improving 1% everyday, you will improve 365% hence becoming 3 times better than you are today by the year's end.

2. Be your own coach-

                                                         It is not easy to get coaching from top people. You need to be better to have easy access to them. And till the time you do that, you need to coach yourself. You need to analyze if you are doing good or not.  

Monitor your progress and note the areas you are excelling in because ultimately you are the one progressing. When you are reading this blog, you know you have to be the better version of yourself. Improve yourself ad be your own coach. By the way no body knows you better than you know yourself.

3. Make it a habit-

                                               Make it a habit that you will improve every day. Someone once asked me how to utilize traveling time. What I do is that I have an option of either listening to FM or using Bluetooth to listen to audio books or training videos.I choose the latter. It plays in the background as it helps in self improvement. 

If I don't improve, I will degrade myself and the same is the case with you. This is your choice what you want to do.

4. Do it whether you like it or not-

                                                                                        Similarity between a successful and an unsuccessful person is that both don't like to work. Not even a successful person likes to work. I wake up 4 in the morning. I don't like it bet I do it anyway because it doesn't matter if I like it or not. What matters to me is the result that I will achieve by it. You need to improve yourself , Whether you like it or not. Mohammad Ali said he hated every minute of training but loved being a champion.

When you want to get your routine right, the important thing is that these are scheduled,only those things should happen, If your schedule includes you to be on a train ,then you will be on that train.You decided to scheduled going to a party,then you will go .What gets scheduled is what gets done.But most of us don't know about scheduling.Life is just going on people who schedule, they get positive result. You need to schedule and take control of things.If you are not scheduling your day,you are ruining your life. You need t design a daily schedule.

Write down what you did the whole day yesterday.After you woke up,what did you do?What all did you do till the time you slept? Write everything down. Now see what things were done that would bring results and what were those that just happened.Write the schedule of an earlier day if yesterday was an irregular day
But write the day's schedule when you had the day for yourself.Now, note how much time it takes for you to travel.Most of us waste a lot of time in traveling and how many things you did that now seem rather unnecessary.Now,note what time of the day is the most important time frame for you that would yield most productivity for you .For must,it is early morning.If you notice, it was on reacting mode. Things were happening and you were reacting. Nothing was scheduled.Then you need to take control and change.
It has happened with me a lot of times before that I woke up and did nothing at all.But not you, you need to schedule everything.With scheduling,you can do 100% in 25% time.Some say that they don't have a time to schedule.One morning,I saw a person who was running with his bicycle. I asked him why is he running when he can go faster while riding his bicycle.He said that he was in a hurry. I told him to at least sit on the bicycle and he said he doesn't have time to do it.Imagine if you are living your life the way this man was.Many of us are running with a bicycle without realizing that we can go faster by being on it. By following what I am teaching you ,you will reach your destination faster and your productivity will increase .Success will be achieved by doing this. Write down daily routine.

Anger is a strong human emotion and if not controlled, it will destroy you. If you are one of them, then this is important for you.

“There once was a little boy who had a very bad temper. His father decided to hand him a bag of nails and said that every time the boy lost his temper, he had to hammer a nail into the fence.

On the first day, the boy hammered 37 nails into that fence.

The boy gradually began to control his temper over the next few weeks, and the number of nails he was hammering into the fence slowly decreased. He discovered it was easier to control his temper than to hammer those nails into the fence.

Finally, the day came when the boy didn’t lose his temper at all. He told his father the news and the father suggested that the boy should now pull out a nail every day he kept his temper under control.

The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.

‘You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won’t matter how many times you say I’m sorry, the wound is still there.’

ANOTHER STORY-

They lend an ear, they share words of praise and they always want to open their hearts to us. Show your friends how much you care.

It appears that he’s going somewhere very important. A man standing along the roadside shouts, “Where are you going?” The rider replies, “I don’t know. Ask the horse!” This is the story of most people’s lives; they’re riding the horse of their habits, with no idea where they’re headed. It’s time to take control of the reins, and move your life in the direction of where you really want to go. If you’ve been living on autopilot and allowing your habits to run you, I want you to understand why. And I want you to let yourself off the hook. After all, you’re in good company. Psychological studies reveal that 95 percent of everything we feel, think, do, and achieve is a result of a learned habit! We’re born with instincts, of course, but no habits at all. We develop them over time. Beginning in childhood, we learned a series of conditioned responses that led us to react automatically (as in, without thinking) to most situations. In your day-to-day life, living “automatically” has its defi nite positives. If you had to consciously think about every step of each ordinary task—making breakfast, driving the kids to school, getting to work, and so on—your life would grind to a halt. You probably brush your teeth twice a day on autopilot. There’s no big philosophical debate; you just do it. You strap on your seatbelt the minute your butt hits the seat. No second thoughts. Our habits and routines allow us to use minimal conscious energy for everyday tasks. They help keep us sane and enable us to handle most situations reasonably well. And because we don’t have to think about the mundane, we can focus our mental energy on more creative and enriching thoughts. Habits can be helpful—as long as they’re good habits, that is. If you eat healthfully, you’ve likely built healthy habits around the food you buy and what you order at restaurants. If you’re fi t, it’s probably because you work out regularly. If you’re successful in a sales job, it’s probably because your habits of mental preparation and positive self-talk enable you to stay optimistic in the face of rejection. I’ve met and worked with many great achievers, CEOs, and “superstars,” and I can tell you they all share one common trait—they all have good habits. That’s not to say they don’t have bad habits; they do. But not many. A daily routine built on good habits is the difference that separates the most successful amongst us from everyone else. And doesn’t that make sense? From what we’ve already discussed, you know successful people aren’t necessarily more intelligent or more talented than anyone else. But their habits take them in the direction of becoming more informed, more knowledgeable, more competent, better skilled, and better prepared

3.MOMENTUM-

                              If you remember your high-school physics class (you do, don’t you?), you’ll recall Newton’s First Law, also known as the Law of Inertia: Objects at rest tend to stay at rest unless acted on by an outside force. Objects in motion tend to stay in motion, unless something stops their momentum. Put another way, couch potatoes tend to stay couch potatoes. Achievers—people who get into a successful rhythm— continue busting their butts and end up achieving more and more. It’s not easy to build momentum, but once you do, look out! Do you remember playing on merry-go-rounds when you were a kid? A bunch of your friends piled on, weighing the thing down and then chanted as you worked to get the thing moving. Getting started was slow going. The fi rst step was always the hardest— getting it to move from a standstill. You had to push and pull, grimace and groan and throw your entire your body into the effort. One step, two steps, three steps—it seemed like you were getting nowhere. After a long and hard effort, fi nally you were able to get up a little bit of speed and run along side it. Even though you were moving (and your friends were cheering louder), to get the speed you really wanted, you had to keep running faster and faster, pulling it behind you as you ran with all your might. Finally, success! You jumped on and joined your friends in the joy of feeling the wind in your face and watching the outside world turn into a smear of colors. After a while, when the merry-goround started to slow down, you’d hop off and run alongside for a minute to get the speed back up—or you could simply give it a couple good pushes and then hop back on. Once the merry-goround was spinning at a good clip, momentum took over, making it easy to keep it going. Adopting any change is the same way. You get started by taking one small step, one action at a time. Progress is slow, but once a newly formed habit has kicked in, Big Mo joins the party. Your success and results compound rapidly

What is aura? Have you noticed that on a candle a small flame lightens up an entire room?I want you to be that flame and the light is your aura . Everything is energy and it travels in waves .It takes 2 forms , substance (that is material)and the other exists when yo feel it. That is aura.Everyone has their own aura. How strong is their aura depends on how influential the person is. Your aura differs from others,like the contrast between white and black , The white,the better (and vice versa). Aura is like a circle . You must 've noticed rings of lights behind the head of gods .It is the aura and energy radiating from it. How big your aura is what actually matters. It could be small or very large. Bigger the aura, bigger the aura, bigger your influential circle. 

YOU CAN CLEAN YOUR AURA BY FOLLOWING METHODS-

EXPLANATION-



1.BATH-

                 Your body is made up of 5 elements( water,fire,earth , air and space.). Whatever is in your body is in the universe and vice versa. When yo go for shower, you think it is only your body that's getting cleaned? Whenever we feel angry, or in a bad mood, we usually go to freshen up or take a shower and once we are out of shower, our mood changes for good ,and as a result our aura changes too. When we meet with the 5 elements our aura does get affected and influenced . Some people take a mud bath and feel refreshed. When you got to mountains and valleys, you end up enjoying the fresh winds .Similarly I draw the power of fire through aarti every morning.

2.MEDITATION AND THOUGHTS-


                                                            If you meditate,your aura changes immediately . people who regularly meditate, their circle of influence is considerably  larger. whichever religion you are in , you have to chant that you can do.Pray whenever you can . We have got a lot of ways to purify our aura . Remember, we have learned that you are the hero. You may ask me how much time does it take to change one's aura .I'd say ,in a moment. When a person thinks about something bad, their aura will be influenced.Similarly ,if  they think something positive, their aura will be influenced .Few days back ,I went out of the house wearing white clothes. we all are extra cautious when we wear white and try to keep it as clean as possible. I was invited to an event up being dirty.Your aim was to keep it clean for as long as possible. You and I are surrounded by a lot of energy field. We travel in the ,got to market places etc.,a lot of energy fields influence our aura.It's up to us to maintain our aura in the white zone as much as possible .We judge everyone around us.We surround ourselves with negative energy with such thoughts .You are doing the same work as mentioned in the chair-white suit example above.The chair was dirty, but you decided to sit of it.If you keep sitting on the dirty,chair throughout the day, then your white aura will turn darker throughout the day. Ultimately, if you keep thinking positively, it will be highly beneficial for you.

3.BESS PEOPLE- 


                                   What is blessing?Blessing is thought.When you think positively about someone, the you are blessing them.It will be tough for us at the beginning, as we are transform it into positivity. If you think negatively about someone, tour mood and aura, both are getting spoilt.But when you think positive,your mood and aura will be positive and the other person will get your blessings. When we bless somebody, we are are becoming positive and a better soul.We need to make it a habit to bless people.In hawaii there is a clan and they have a belief that if you want a sports car,you start blessing that person that person who has the sports car .If not today,then tomorrow, you will have the car and others will bless you for it This is such a great belief system. I adopted this belief system and so should you.Start thinking good and positive about others. Charity begins at home. Start blessings from your home and bless your parents. If you're standing in front of PIP,and you notice a dark area, then there could be a possiblility that there could be an illness around. SO KEEP BLESSING EVERYONE
