Your results, your income, your knowledge can be increase 100 times if you concentrate or focus. Your focus has tremendous power.your brain is like a camera. It Will record one angle at a time.For example, in a party what your memories you create out of it, depends on the focus you keep while being there. If you see 2 people fighting and abusing each other, you'll say the party wasn't worth it. Now lets say in the same party you see a dance floor and a little girl was dancing beautifully. You will say the party was good. Your memory will be a positive one as your focus was on the positive things. Your outlook depends on the focus and where ypu guide it. Focus on one thing in order to succeed,And to get focus on one place we need to ask questions. Questions bring back focus. We live in world of distraction and unfortunately we are used to it.we are addicted to distraction we distract every 3min and over 2 hours per day.And once we are distracted, it takes 21min to get focus back. Question your self wheather you are doing is productive? You need to create your own questions. "Focusing on few is better than focusing on many"

1.Location-

First and most important requirement for having a coaching is to find a convenient place

#In my opinion the place should have-

   A.peaceful environment

   B.In that area where most of the people can see there is a coaching by which most of student get attracted

2.Equipment-

When you find a perfect location for opening a coaching center than after you have to arrange the e

quipment for having perfect coachinge 

#Following equipment are needed=

   A.white board

   B.Benches

   C.Marker...etc..

3.Student-

Meanwhile when you arranging the equipment you should pramote your coaching for attracting more students

#Way to attracting more students=

   A.pramotion by pamphlet

   B.Having a big and clear flex which gives all information to public

...etc..

4.Teacher-

If your coaching is running after some time than yiu have to delegate your work to another teaher

You should not give your all income to them but instead you have to make a ratio like-

   A.50-50

   B.60-40

   C.70-30

...etc..
